The Factory Awards 2015 Trade Foundation Bursary

The Factory – team awarded its second Factory Trade Foundation bursary to a hard working student at Okanagan College. In front of a packed house (we had over 280 guests!), The Factory and the Okanagan Trade Foundation presented Diana Charles a $2,500 bursary to help with tuition and books.

Diana is a first year student in the Carpentry & Joinery program in trades & apprenticeship department at Okanagan College. Each year, the selection committee carefully evaluates each applicant based on the following criteria: financial need, commitment and passion for his/her trade, and career ambitions. Congratulations Diana!
The Factory – team is excited to give back to our community by supporting and encouraging future leaders to excel.
